Fixed the ultra-wide statusbar offsets being off in GZDoom

Added a Stinger/Taser ammo readout onto the statusbar

Fixed the Powered Scatter altfire using auxiliary power as ammo instead of scatter ammo

Scatter altfire split projectiles have slightly randomised pitch
